You are Insured
Every tour participant is insured from the moment that the tour begins until it ends. EI-Tours is bonded and carries a major liability policy that also covers you and your chaperones during your tour. We also offer individual accident, illness, dental and life coverage for each participant.

Refund Guarantee Protection
Refund Guarantee Protection (RGP) provides the opportunity to cancel the tour at any time, for reason, and receive a full refund less the cost of the protection. An unforeseen illness or injury, the unexpected soccer finals, an unannounced visit from the cousins, any reason at all…you are covered!

Safety and Security
Safety and security have always been our number one priority. We use professional floor monitors dedicated to you and your group only. These floor monitors are fully trained and pass extensive background checks. Hotels used have inside corridors and no balconies. All staff is trained in emergency procedures. All students on overnight trips are provided with laminated cards.

Safety and Security
At EI Tours, your child's safety is our number one priority. From the selection of our suppliers to the measures that are taken before departure and during a program, EIT ensures that a safe and enjoyable travel experience. Our offices in New Delhi are on-call 24 hours a day to enable a prompt response to any emergency that may arise.

Student Safety
The safety of all participants is our main focus.  While participants are on tour, all EIT resources are available to the group.  These elements include communications, operations, and logistics.  All hotels selected have inside corridors and no balconies. 

Planning for Your Trip
Overnight trips include dedicated security personnel monitoring the group through the night.  These professional floor monitors are on duty from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am.  The security guards are fully trained and pass extensive background checks.

Insurance/Bonding Provisions
As protection for our travelers Educational Tours, Inc. maintains extensive coverage’s. In addition to liability coverage, each tour participant is covered for accident, medical and dental. EI-Tours holds a maximum bond and consumer protection to protect the investments of teachers and families.

What is most important to know about EI-Tours?
We are ACCREDITED. E-Tours is an Accredited Travel Provider through the Indian Tourism. Additionally, E-Tours is a member of the First Choice family of student travel operators, giving our Group Leaders confidence and assurance. We continue to provide quality tour programs to tens of thousands of students and teachers every year.

How does EI-Tours design itineraries?
We design a custom itinerary exclusively for your group. Our experienced, professional staff considers requested sites, special appointment times, group size, and destination logistics to form your itinerary. The group will typically visit the majority of sites that are listed on the original parent letter. We maximize each day to include licensed sightseeing guides, driver guides and pre-arranged appointments when necessary. You will have a touring day that is longer than a family would usually attempt - approximately twelve hours.

What airlines do you use?
We are a national seller for IT, 9W, IC,SG, S2,MDLR and G8 Airways. Regularly scheduled air flights and trains are used.

What hotels do you use?
All hotels used by EI-Tours have inside corridors, no balconies, and space for the group's breakfast.

Is there security in the hotel?
A professional security staff is used on each hotel floor where your students are staying. These individuals monitor the hallways from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am. All security staff members are pre-screened through criminal background checks and drug testing.

How do students choose their roomettes?
In most cases, students are allowed to choose their own roomettes. Otherwise the Group Leader may assign them. Student’s accommodations are four to a room. Adults are two to a room.

What will meals be like?
Breakfasts usually consist of buffets with both hot and cold items. Lunches are stops at food courts, where meal money is given to each participant. Dinners are usually sit-down at buffets, cafeterias, or family-style restaurants.

What will the typical tour day be like?
Wake-up calls usually begin at 6 am, with breakfast at 7-8:30. Sightseeing begins right after breakfast. After a lunch stop, the sightseeing continues until dinner, which typically occurs between 5:30 and 7:30 pm. An evening tour or activity follows dinner, with the group arriving back at the hotel by 8 or 9 pm. Security is on the floor by 10:00 pm, at which point students go to their rooms.Final curfew is at the discretion of the Group Leader.

What type of sightseeing transportation will we have?
All sightseeing is aboard deluxe climate-controlled, restroom-equipped motor coaches with professional driver/guides. You will have exclusive use of your own motor coach and never be combined with another group unless you specifically make the request.

Can parents participate in the tour?
Each trip is unique; therefore parents interested in going on the trip should contact the Group Leader at the school. There may be an additional surcharge for adults depending on their accommodations.

Do you offer insurance coverage for the tour?
Yes, EI-Tours maintains extensive accident and illness coverage for all of our tours. We also carry liability insurance for all tours.
